Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Yumelog" smartphone application (the "App") provided by Kazuya Apps (the "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (AI Analysis Features and Disclaimer)
The App provides features that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze the dream contents entered by the user, extracting keywords and emotion scores (the "AI Analysis Features"). By using the AI Analysis Features, you agree to the following:
- The results and insights provided by the AI are strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes, and do not constitute psychological diagnosis, medical advice, or a substitute for professional help.
- Due to the nature of AI, it may output inaccurate information or unintended results. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of the analysis results.
- The Developer shall not be held liable for any psychological or physical damages incurred by the user as a result of relying on the analysis results.
Article 3 (Data Handling and Privacy)
The highly personal dream records you enter are saved only to your device's local storage and your personal iCloud account. The Developer does not collect, view, or use your input data on any server. For more details, please refer to the App's Privacy Policy.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the App's servers or networks
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App's services
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information concerning other users
- Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Acts of reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to analyze the source code of the App
- Any other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Suspension of App Services)
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the App without prior notice to the user if any of the following apply:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of computer systems related to the App
- When provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
- When the Developer deems it otherwise difficult to provide the App
The Developer shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the App's provision.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the user if deemed necessary. If a user begins using the App after these Terms have been changed, it will be deemed that the user has agreed to the modified Terms.
