Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for using the mobile application "YottsU - Zen Puzzle" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by Kazuya Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). Users must use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (In-App Purchases and Ads)
The App is available to play for free but contains advertisements. Users can make a one-time In-App Purchase to remove advertisements and unlock premium features (such as Thousand Mode).
- Once purchased, features can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID.
- Even if you reinstall the App or change devices, you can regain access by using the "Restore Purchases" function with the original Apple ID.
- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or cancellations after purchase cannot be accommodated.
Article 3 (Global Rankings)
The App utilizes Apple's CloudKit to submit and share user scores on the global leaderboards (Banzuke). The "Shikona" (username) you set and your score will be visible to other players. Please do not use your real name as your username.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the App's servers or networks
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App's services
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information concerning other users
- Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Acts of reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to analyze the source code of the App
- Any other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Suspension of App Services)
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the App without prior notice to the user if any of the following apply:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of computer systems related to the App
- When provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
- When the Developer deems it otherwise difficult to provide the App
The Developer shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the App's provision.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the user if deemed necessary. If a user begins using the App after these Terms have been changed, it will be deemed that the user has agreed to the modified Terms.
