Shabelog
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Shabelog" smartphone application (the "App") provided by Kazuya Apps (the "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (AI Generation and Disclaimer)
The App automatically generates structured data, such as summaries, TODOs, and calendar events, from your transcribed voice using an external AI (Gemini API). The Developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, validity, or fitness for a particular purpose of the AI-generated results. You are responsible for verifying and utilizing the generated content at your own risk.
Furthermore, the Developer shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the user arising from or in connection with the use of the App.
Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)
When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the App's servers or networks (including sending excessive requests to the API)
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App's services
- Acts of inputting or analyzing audio containing personal or confidential information of others without authorization
- Any other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate
Article 4 (Subscriptions and In-App Purchases)
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription for 440 JPY per month (the "Pro Version") to unlock premium features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Apple ID Account Settings in the device's "Settings" app after purchase.
- Cancellations, refunds, and prorated refunds after payment are governed by Apple's policies and cannot be processed directly by the Developer.
Article 5 (Suspension of App Services)
The Developer reserves the right to restrict or suspend the user's access to all or part of the App without prior notice if the user violates any provision of these Terms. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to actions taken by the Developer based on this Article.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the user if deemed necessary. If a user begins using the App after these Terms have been changed, it will be deemed that the user has agreed to the modified Terms.
