Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "NMD -No Money Day-" smartphone application (the "App") provided by Kazuya Apps (the "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (Features and Disclaimer)
The App provides receipt scanning using the camera, financial tracking, and a crystal growth game tied to savings progress. By using these features, you agree to the following:
- The receipt auto-scanning feature does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Scanning errors or incorrect inputs may occur, and it is the user's responsibility to verify the final amounts and items.
- The Developer shall not be held liable for any financial disputes, losses, or disadvantages resulting from the data recorded by the App.
- In the event that the progression of the growth game or crystal data is lost due to device loss, app malfunctions, or other unforeseen errors, the Developer holds no obligation to restore the data or provide compensation.
Article 3 (Data Handling)
Financial data and receipt images entered into the App are saved only within the user's device or their iCloud account. The Developer does not collect, transmit, or store this financial information on external servers.
Article 4 (In-App Purchases)
The App offers additional features (such as the Pro version) as "In-App Purchases" to enhance your experience.
- The Pro version is a non-consumable item that can be used permanently once purchased.
- Payments are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID.
- Cancellations and refunds after purchase are subject to Apple's policies, and the Developer cannot process direct refunds.
- When changing devices or reinstalling the App, you can restore previous purchases from within the App by using the same Apple ID.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts of tampering with or reverse engineering the App's programs or data
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App's services
- Any other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the user if deemed necessary. If a user begins using the App after these Terms have been changed, it will be deemed that the user has agreed to the modified Terms.
