NMD -No Money Day-
Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how the mobile application "NMD -No Money Day-" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") handles personal data.

1. Data Collection

The App collects and stores spending amounts, store names, categories, memos, and receipt image files (hereinafter referred to as "Spending Data") inputted or photographed by the user. All data is saved exclusively in local storage (SwiftData) on your device or in your configured iCloud account.

2. Data Usage

The collected data is used solely to determine No Money Days, grow your crystal, analyze spending trends, and manage timeline logs within the App.

3. Receipt Scan (OCR) and Third-Party Sharing

Receipt OCR scanning (text and amount recognition from images) is executed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. We do not upload receipt images to external servers, nor do we sell or share them with any third parties.

4. Advertisements

The App uses Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to deliver ads to free users. Google may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) and utilization logs to personalize ads. Users can select whether to opt-in or opt-out via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Opting out will serve non-personalized ads. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy. Pro upgrade users will not be served ads, and no ad tracking will occur.

5. In-App Purchases

The App uses Apple's StoreKit for In-App Purchases to provide Pro features. All payments are processed securely through your Apple ID, and Apple manages your payment information (such as credit card details) directly. The Developer does not collect, store, or have access to any of your payment information. The App only checks your purchase status (entitlement information) to determine if Pro features are unlocked.

6. Security

Data stored on the device is encrypted using standard iOS system encryption. Security depends on your device's passcode settings.

7. Disclaimer

The App is designed to assist you in tracking habits and budgets. The developer is not responsible for any financial decisions or losses incurred through the use of the App.
