These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the application "Bihada" (hereinafter referred to as "this Application") provided by Kazuya Apps (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer"). Users must use this Application in accordance with these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of this Application between the user and the Developer.

2. Non-Medical Purpose

This Application is a tool for users to personally record and manage their skin condition, and it is not a medical device or intended for medical purposes. It is not intended to be used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. If necessary, please consult a medical professional.

3. Data Management

Data entered and photos taken in this Application (hereinafter referred to as "Record Data") are generally stored on the device used by the user or in the user's iCloud account. The Developer bears no responsibility for the loss of Record Data. Users are responsible for backing up their data or using iCloud sync to prepare for device changes.

4. Prohibitions

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this Application:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal behavior
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of this Application's servers or networks
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Application
• Any other acts the Developer deems inappropriate

5. Disclaimer

The Developer does not guarantee, explicitly or implicitly, that this Application is free of de facto or legal flaws (including flaws related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security flaws, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights). The Developer bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by the user arising from this Application.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. If a user begins to use this Application after a change to these Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the modified terms.
