Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "void" smartphone application (the "App") provided by Kazuya Apps (the "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Protection of Intellectual Property)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong entirely to the Developer or the legitimate rights holders who have granted the Developer the license to use them. Users shall not engage in acts such as reproducing, modifying, or redistributing the contents contained in the App beyond personal and non-commercial use.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following acts:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activity
Acts of tampering with, reverse engineering, or decompiling the App's programs or data
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App's services
Any other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer and Suspension of App Services)

The App includes projects currently under development ("Coming Soon"). Even after release, the Developer reserves the right to change, add, or suspend features without prior notice.

The Developer does not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that the App is free from de facto or legal flaws (including defects, errors, bugs, and infringements of rights relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.).

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user arising from the use of the App.

Article 5 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the user if deemed necessary. If a user begins using the App after these Terms have been changed, it will be deemed that the user has agreed to the modified Terms.
