This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is handled in the "Shabelog" smartphone application ("the App").

1. Voice Recognition and Data Processing

The App requires access to your device's microphone to provide voice memo features.
Speech-to-text transcription is processed using Apple's Speech Recognition (SFSpeechRecognizer) framework, either locally on your device or via Apple's servers. The recorded audio files themselves are never transmitted to or stored on the developer's servers.

2. AI Summarization and Structuring (Gemini API)

The App utilizes the "Gemini API" provided by Google LLC to structure and summarize the transcribed text data.
The text data you record is temporarily sent to Google's servers for analysis. However, this text data is never stored on the developer's servers, and per Google's API policies, data sent through this API is not used to train Google's AI models.

3. Information Collected and Purpose

The App collects and stores data such as your created memos, tasks (TODOs), and calendar events.
In addition to being stored in your device's local storage, this data is saved and synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to ensure seamless data synchronization. Your data is strictly managed under your personal iCloud account, and the developer has absolutely no access to view or collect your memo contents.
The collected data is used solely for the purpose of providing the functionality of the App.

4. In-App Purchases (Subscriptions)

Payments for the App's "Premium Plan (Pro version)" are processed through Apple's payment system (App Store). The developer does not directly collect or retain your payment information, such as credit card numbers or PINs. The App only verifies the entitlement status to determine if the Pro version has been unlocked.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded ads. To optimize ads, Google may collect your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and usage data. You can manage your tracking permissions at any time through the iOS "Settings" app. For more details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The developer does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the summaries, tasks, or schedules generated by the AI in the App. Please verify the generated content yourself before use.
